What Midea can do for you

01

Use your own solar power

Solar panels connect directly to the hybrid inverter.

02

Single- or three-phase

The M-1 comes in a version for both connections; the MX-1 is three-phase.

03

Grow with you

Add modules within the design rules of the line.

04

Insight and control

You follow your system in the Midea SmartHome app; your installer uses goMSolar and the web portal.

Expansion, solar panels and energy management

ExpansionMX-1 and M-1 three-phase up to 8 modules; M-1 single-phase up to 4 modules.
Solar panelsNew panels connect directly to the hybrid inverter. With an existing installation we assess the combination per situation.
Energy management and contractThe system can charge and discharge based on tariffs. We only offer control on dynamic tariffs or imbalance once it is confirmed for your configuration and contract; returns are not guaranteed.

Backup power

All three lines have a backup output, but the switchover time differs: MX-1 within 10 ms, M-1 single-phase within 20 ms and M-1 three-phase within 3 seconds.

  • Only the preselected circuits receive backup power, within the inverter's power.
  • With the M-1 three-phase the switchover is noticeable; sensitive equipment may briefly switch off.
  • Whether the whole house can receive backup power is assessed per situation.

Placement and warranty

PlacementIndoors and outdoors, floor stand; wall bracket optional

Does Midea suit you?

A good fit if

  • You are installing new solar panels or replacing your inverter.
  • You want plenty of power with a three-phase connection (MX-1).
  • You want a modular system for single- or three-phase (M-1).

Worth considering

  • Only want a battery next to an existing inverter? An AC-coupled battery such as ATMOCE or Sessy is often simpler.
