Terms and conditions
This is a translation of the Dutch algemene voorwaarden, which remain the leading version. Version 2026-09-B. Last updated: September 2026.
These terms apply to all advice requests, quotations and agreements between FlexxWatt B.V. (trading as FlexxWatt) and its customers, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Scope
These terms distinguish four situations:
- Use of the public website — information, product overviews and indicative calculations.
- Information and advice requests — requests without obligation, quotations and the resulting communication.
- Registration as an installation partner — submitting and assessing a partner application (see section 8).
- Future access to the business webshop — not yet publicly available and not yet in effect.
Terms for actual business sales, payment, delivery, retention of title, returns and warranties have not yet been finalised and must be established separately before the webshop opens. This does not restrict use of the informational website, but it is a firm blocker for opening the webshop.
1. Advice requests and quotations
An advice request submitted through this website is without obligation and does not oblige you to make a purchase. Quotations issued by FlexxWatt are valid for the period stated on the quotation, unless indicated otherwise.
2. Indicative calculations
Calculations such as the battery calculator on this website are indicative and based on the data you enter and on general assumptions. No rights can be derived from them. Actual results depend on factors including energy use, market prices, technical integration and tax circumstances, and are only final after technical and fiscal assessment.
3. Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation of products take place in consultation, usually together with a recognised installation partner. Specific delivery times are agreed per project.
4. Prices
Prices stated are subject to typing errors and price changes. Final prices are recorded in a quotation or order confirmation.
5. Warranty
The warranty conditions of the relevant manufacturer apply to the products supplied, supplemented by any arrangements agreed in writing between FlexxWatt and the customer.
6. Liability
FlexxWatt is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the products supplied, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
7. Applicable law
All agreements with FlexxWatt are governed by Dutch law.
8. Installer registration and the installer webshop
The installer webshop is not yet publicly available. Registering as an installation partner does not create an agreement and does not automatically entitle an applicant to approval, supply, pricing or access to the webshop. Every application is reviewed individually by FlexxWatt.
FlexxWatt currently accepts partner applications from installation companies registered in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. Acceptance of an application from one of these countries does not mean that FlexxWatt already supplies products there, carries out local installation, offers local warranty service, handles local tax obligations or makes every product line available.
