Frequently asked questions

Why does the outcome differ from other calculators?

We only calculate the part of your electricity costs you can influence. Fixed grid operator and standing charges and gas are excluded, because a battery has no effect on them.

What if I don’t have all the figures?

Use the best estimate you can. We always check your data before you receive final advice.

Is the outcome guaranteed?

No. It is an indication based on average annual figures. Your actual consumption profile across the day determines the final result.
